Science

‘The most important thing is to never stop questioning’

Albert Einstein

Throughout history, human progress has largely rested on the advances in science, and it is our responsibility to empower and inspire pupils to be the scientists of the future.

At our school the science curriculum encourages pupils to question and understand the world in which they live by capitalising on their innate curiosity. Our vision is to instil a lifelong love of science within our pupils. The programme of study, allows children to explore and develop their knowledge through first hand experiences of experiments, predictions and explaining scientific concepts. We ensure that working scientifically skills are built on and developed as they progress through the curriculum deepening their knowledge and understanding of the importance of science in this forever changing world.
