Pupil Leadership
We believe in empowering our pupils to take an active role in shaping their educational experience. Across all year groups, our pupils are encouraged to take on leadership roles and responsibilities that allow them to develop essential life skills. From the youngest learners in Reception to our seasoned Year 6 pupils, we provide opportunities for children to contribute to the running of the school, voice their ideas, and make a positive impact on their peers and the wider community.
By empowering our pupils to take on leadership roles, we are not only preparing them for the challenges of the 21st century but also instilling in them the values of love, trust, and forgiveness that will guide them throughout their lives. As they progress through our school, our pupils develop the skills and mindset to become the compassionate, responsible leaders of tomorrow.
Our children apply for the roles they would like to be entrusted with. Democratic votes, from staff, governors and children, take place to decide on the best candidates for the role.
