As our Early Years Phase Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our vision for Early Years, driving forward outstanding teaching and learning, and ensuring the best possible start for our children.
The Role:
As Early Years Phase Leader, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team of teachers and support staff, fostering a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement.
- Drive excellence in teaching and learning across Early Years, ensuring strong foundations for future success.
- Support and mentor colleagues to develop their practice and enhance pupil progress.
- Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the school as part of the middle leadership team.
- Model outstanding classroom practice and provide professional development opportunities for staff.
- Work closely with senior leaders, parents, and the wider community to create an engaging and enriching Early Years curriculum.
Personal attributes
We are looking for an exceptional teacher and leader who:
- Has proven experience in Early Years with a strong understanding of the curriculum, assessment, and pedagogy.
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality Early Years education and has a track record of raising standards and pupil outcomes.
- Is an inspiring leader, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Is committed to upholding the values and ethos of our Church of England school.
- Has the drive and resilience to take on new challenges and make a meaningful impact.
Salary & Benefits
Salary from £35764 to £47338 per year
